INVASIVE WEED CONTROL FOR LONG LAKE

The Long Lake Property Owner's Assocation has obtained a permit through the DEQ for application of aquatic weed control chemicals. The permit is for a specific chemical that has minimal restrictions for swimming (24 hours) and targets specific species such as Milfoils and Coontail.
This fee DOES NOT incude the DEQ authorized chemistry. You can get in on the permit for $40 per residence. Please contact Paul DeMeritt at Pdemeritt@sbcglobal.net for more information in regards to obtaining the Agreement/Contract which will provide the homeowner the privilege to apply the weed control chemistry.
Teaming up with your neighbors for the purpose of purchasing the chemistry will reduce the costs.
